Registration is $30 through October 22 and goes up to $35 from October 23 - November 4. Online registration closes on November 4 at noon and will be $40 to register at packet pickup or the morning of the event.

Save the Date- This is the 20th Anniversary of the Halifax Health - Hospice 5K and we are excited to host it in-person again, along with a virtual option! We hope that you will join us in supporting this longstanding tradition that supports the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program. This program plays an integral role in the health of both the patient and their caregivers and is one of the reasons we continue to be the Top Rated and Most Recommended Hospice in Central Florida.
