Description
The Chase Academy presents its first ever Chili Cook-Off! Contestants are wanted! Categories include professional, amateur, unique, student, people's choice, and cornbread. Fees are $100 for professionals, $50 for amateurs, and free for students. Contestants must supply their own booth tables, serving materials, 5lbs of product, and booth decor. Visit www.tcaofvolusia.org to download an application. Applications must be submitted by September 25th. In addition to the chili cook-off, there will be a craft beer tasting, live music, and a silent auction.
