Seniors - You may be eligible for VA Benefits if you are a wartime veteran or the surviving spouse of a wartime veteran. Keith Dawkins, Senior Specialist for Aging Options, will discuss an overview of program benefits, eligibility requirements and how to apply for and maintain benefits.
