Veterans Day Ceremony - Port Orange

Description

Join us for the traditional Veteran's Day ceremony in the City of Port Orange and presented by VFW Post #3282 at the Veterans Memorial Plaza in the Port Orange City Center.

A presentation of colors and singing of the National Anthem will be followed by recognition of Veterans Day with speakers including the Mayor of Port Orange and the Commander of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post #3282.  The "table ceremony" for those Missing in Action and held as Prisoners of War will be performed.  Wreaths honoring our Veterans will be laid with a gun salute and the playing of Taps. 

This event is free and open to the public!

Join us at Post #3282 following the ceremony from 12PM to 5 PM for an open house with food, drinks and live entertainment.
