Gina Ragot is a proud Daytona Beach native and, with more than 22 years in real estate, brings experience, persistence, and a passion for helping clients find the perfect fit. Licensed at 21, she later earned her broker’s license and successfully operated her own brokerage before joining Realty Pros Assured.

Gina is the ultimate real estate matchmaker—commercial or residential, buying, selling, or leasing. She asks questions, listens, and works tirelessly until her clients say, “Yep…this is the one!”

When selling, Gina’s philosophy is simple: “I don’t want to list your house; I want to sell it. There’s a big difference!”

Gina and her husband, Maurice, are longtime local business owners and proud parents of two. Outside of real estate, she enjoys riding her horse. Proud to be with Realty Pros Assured, #1 in gross sales for seven consecutive years, Gina believes in community over competition.
